Substitution Policy
Substitution Policy
Due to flowers not being in season or being out of stock, we may replace some stems in your arrangement for similar color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value.
Please Note: Photos used are doctored (edited) and some arrangements are shown one-sided, meaning all the flowers in the arrangement are on the front with just greenery on the backside. Our Designers will use their judgement to substitute making the arrangement all-around so the flowers are better enjoyed at the home.
Floral and Plant Substitutions
For bouquets and plants of one variety, such as roses or orchids, we focus on matching the floral type but may substitute for different colors.
